While the nation faces an unprecedented crisis with the COVID-19 pandemic, we at AmeriWater are continuing to provide you with the highest level of customer service and quality products.
Maintaining our high level of customer service.
We are, at this time, performing our delivery of orders as usual. We have been working closely with our suppliers to ensure that there is no disruption in receipt of critical components that are vital for our products. To date, we have not experienced any component shortages, and none of our suppliers has shared an update that causes any concerns.
Protecting our team.
To help protect our employees and to continue producing high quality systems for you during this challenging time, we have implemented the following steps:
- We have restricted visitor access within our facility. Only those who we deem business critical will be allowed on-site and only after passing the screening.
- All employees on-site must be screened daily for fever.
- Employee air travel is limited to “customer critical service” only.
- We have encouraged our employees to work from home, as positions allow.
- Internal group meetings are now conducted via phone/webex and not in person.
- Employees on-site will be reminded to continue to maintain good health habits such as washing hands often, utilizing disinfecting wipes/hand sanitizer, and staying home when feeling unwell.
In addition, we are implementing additional cleaning and sanitizing strategies throughout our facility.
