Edgewater Capital Partners Acquires AmeriWater
Cleveland, OH – Edgewater Capital Partners (Edgewater), a private equity firm focused on investing in performance materials and services businesses, executed on the firm’s water filtration thesis with the acquisition of AmeriWater, an industry leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and supply of water purification systems and services for the healthcare sector, including dialysis and sterile processing, as well as industrial applications.
