Our Post-Treatment Rack is a CPVC heat rated, multi-function post treatment device for water purification which can be used in both heat disinfect and cold water systems.
Designed to reduce installation time and provide easy access for service, our Post-Treatment Rack is a combination of a DI Bypass header, endotoxin filter, and alarm panel. AmeriWater’s compact design utilizes a powder-coated aluminum frame for all three components, reducing the required wall space by up to 42%.

The benefits of our Post-Treatment Rack are extensive and also include:
- Aids in serviceability through an open frame easy to access design
- Easily mountable and serviceable due to lightweight frame
- Integrated DI Bypass allows for easy access and connectivity to DI exchange tanks in the case of an emergency
- Provides built in endotoxin filter housing which is required when using DI and a Storage Tank or heat disinfect systems.
- Includes a nurse’s station remote panel along with wiring
- DI Bypass includes audible 1 Meg-Ohm resistivity monitor after worker DI tank, resistivity monitor probe after polisher DI tank, automatic dump valve, and sample port for polisher DI tank monitoring
- Endotoxin Filter equipped with pressure gauges, inlet and outlet sample ports, inlet and outlet manual isolation valves, and drain valves for each filter housing
- Alarm panel with a resistivity connection for DI bypass monitoring, conductivity connection, and inputs available to communicate with AmeriWater’s RO, Storage Tank, Bicarb, and Heatsan Disinfection system
Our Post-Treatment Rack meets the following standards: FDA 510K / ISO 13485 Registered Medical Device, Health Canada Medical Device License 77645 and 90655, and it is ANSI/AAMI 23500:2019 compliant.
